Acceptance of terms

By creating a workspace or using growixHR, your organization agrees to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

The service

growixHR provides a cloud-based HRMS. Features depend on your plan and any add-ons you purchase.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew at the then-current active seat count. Annual plans are billed in advance; monthly plans are billed each month. Taxes are added where applicable.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass security or access another organization’s data
• Do not upload unlawful content or use the service to harass individuals
• Use attendance verification features only with employee consent

Customer data

Your organization owns its data. We process it on your behalf and according to our Data Processing Agreement.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability and provide support according to your plan. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Termination

Either party may terminate in line with the order form. On termination, you may export your data for a limited period before it is deleted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
